Your use of this Website and purchase of the Products is subject to these legally binding terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with entering the website. You must accept these terms and conditions to access this website any further.

Custom designed web packages and customised quotes:
- Content allowance for website included for each package or quote is explicitly stated
- Content pages are limited to 500 words and 4 images (per page), additional content will incur additional charges
- Additional pages can be added at $45 per page
- It is the responsibility of the client to provide relevant content to Get-online-now.biz
- Content is to be submitted in soft-copy as a .doc, .docx or .txt file, any typing will incur additional charges at $45 per hour (minimum two hours)
- Websites are created using Joomla! open-source software
- All websites have a Content Management System
Domain Name Registraion:
- Where specified, registration for one Domain Name is included
- Allowable domain name extensions are .com.au, .net.au and .com
- Registration period is for two years only, after that domain name registration is available at $29 for two years (.com.au and .net.au) and $26 for .com domains (except when client subscribes to the Web Management Program in which case domain name registration is already included)
- If you already have a domain name, we make the recommendation to register a keyword-rich domain name to utilise this offer
- You must provide web designer with valid ABN for your domain name registration
- The Domain Name will be registered in the name of the client with no ownership rights reverting to the Web designer at any point
Domain-based email addresses:
- Where specified, domain-based email addresses are included (2 email addresses)
- If applicable to you, at the time of registering the domain name you can choose your domain-based email addresses, ie This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
- Instructions will be provided to you on how you can set up your email addresses through your email client, ie Microsoft Outlook
- Email addresses are hosted with your domain, any change in website hosting will affect your email addresses
Website hosting:
- Where specified, 12 months Website hosting is included in packages/quotes
- Where hosting is included it is the "Basic Hosting Package" which has the capacity to host one website and two email addresses, greater capacity will result in further charges
- After the initial 12 month period, the Basic Hosting Package is available at $90 per year, paid annually
Search Engine Optimisation Starter Pack:
- Basic SEO practices will be put in place to ensure that your website will appear in Search Engine results
- Search Engines can take up to four weeks to add new information submitted to them, Get-online-now.biz operates within the stipulated practices of dealing with various search engines but can not take any responsibility for any delays on their part.
Custom Logo Design
- Client must provide relevant information for design criteria
- Client will be presented with six initial logo design concepts based on design criteria
- Once client has identified what elements they want to carry through to final design, client has a total of five revisions available without attracting further charges
- Each additional revision is available at $45
- Client has full ownership rights to final design
- Client will receive logo in various formats in both print and web-ready formats, including source documents that any designer can make changes to in the future
- Client will receive all related colour and font information associated with their new logo
Custom Business Card Design
- Client must provide relevant information for inclusion on both sides of the business card
- Business card design will commence once Logo Design has been finalised
- Client will be presented with three sets of possible business card designs
- Once client has identified what elements they want to carry through to final design, client has a total of five revisions available without attracting further charges
- Each additional revision is available at $45
- Client has full ownership rights to final design
- Client will receive business card design in a variety of formats, including source documents that any designer can make changes to in the future
- Business Cards are designed to Australian standard size of 86mm x 54mm
Printing
- Printing jobs are available by quote
- Business Cards are printed at the Australian Standard size of 86mm x 54mm
- Freight to any address within Australia is included in this package
Payment Terms
1. Web design package plus Web Mangement Program
  Under this arrangment an establishment fee is payable up-front with the Web Management Program payable at $47 per month (min 12 months)
  Establishment fee must be received in cleared funds prior to the commencement of any work, including the registering of your chosen domain
  The Web Management Plan cannot be cancelled in the first twelve months, non-payment may result in your website being forfeited
  After the initial 12 months, subscription may be cancelled in writing giving 30 days notice
  On termination of the Web Management Program, the website owner will be responsible for the payment of website hosting and domain name registration.
2. Outright purchase of any Web Design Package
  Client may choose to purchase their web design package or customised website outright
  50% deposit is required up-front prior to any commencement of work including registering of a domain name
  12 months hosting is included in this package afterwhich the website owner will be responsible for cost of web hosting
  Domain name registration is included for the first 12 or 24 months, after which the website owner will be responsible for domain name registration costs
3. Where Get-online-now.biz has been contracted at an hourly rate, all work will be invoiced immediately with payment required within seven days of the date of the invoice.
