By placing an order for Logo Design with Get-online-now.biz, as the client you will agree to be legally bound by our terms and conditions.

1. The client will be supplied with Logo Design Packages as offered on this website which will be delivered as outlined in the website
2. The client is responsible for supplying information to Get-online-now.biz in order to deliver. It is important the client be precise in this information as it will not be the responsibility of Get-online-now.biz or it's contracted designers to authenticate these details.
3. It is the responsibility of the client to review all designs supplied to them from Get-online-now.biz
4. The client may upgrade to the Deluxe package from the Standard or Basic by paying the difference
5. The client is entitled to five revisions of the designs provided to them, additional revisions are available at $45
6. If no response has been received from the client in relation to designs provided, Get-online-now.biz will classify the project as being completed after 21 days.
7. All payments for Logo Designs are made in advance using a credit card or paypal
8. If the client is not satisfied with the initial designs presented to them, they may receive a refund.
9. Refunds will NOT be granted in the event that the client has made no contact with Get-online-now.biz for a period greater than 14 days; changes have already been made to the initial designs; or the project has been discontinued by the client for any other reason.
10. Acceptance of these terms and conditions gives the client complete ownership of the final design, however Get-online-now.biz may use the design for promotional reasons such as the inclusion in the Design Galery
11. Get-online-now.biz reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at it's discretion at any time.
12. Get-online-now.biz shall not be held responsible for delays on the website or other problems
13. Get-online-now.biz reserves the right to terminate any project at any given time with or without notice, to which refunds may or may not be applicable
14. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia applicable therein. While this site may be accessed outside of this jurisdiction, Get-online-now.biz makes no representation that this site complies with the laws of any country outside of Australia. If you access this site outside of Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws of the country from which you are accessing this site.
